Review content:
The Cornerstone Pub occupys a main corner in Wyoming, MN at Highway 61 & Viking Blvd (near Wyoming Trail). Any restaurant that has been open for over 50 years is doing something right. The heavenly aroma of broiled steaks permiates the air. You might have a short wait at the bar for a table, for which they'll give you a pager to signal your turn to be seated. The bar area is nicely decorated with lots of exposed brick/limestone. The dining area is a bit more elegant. The wooden paneled walls are stained in a mahogany or rich hue. A large private dining room with large windows is also available. \r

No one in my party had the Prime Rib, which they are famous for. I opted for the Steak Special which was unbelievably priced at 9.99. For that price they do not allow substitutions; cole slaw and a choice of potato came with the steak. Delicious. \r

The ambiance, service and quality of food make this a place I will return to again. Next time I'll go for the Prime Rib!\r

P.S. For those of you with kids, they did offer burger baskets for 5.95!
Pros: affordable, terrific atmosphere, great steakhouse for Northern Suburbs
