The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. BUT the service was ridiculously priced. Charged $90 just to come to the site of my sons accident, which was a fender bender. In total it cost my son $255 to tow his car 15 miles and drag ten feet out of a ditch! He has to pay cash for this and is a student and has used all his gas funds for the rest of the year for the towing!!!! As a single Mom I am not able to help him with money and think that with the economy and area we live in (Flint) this was a ridiculous amount to charge.
I would NEVER NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to use them and to pass along this information. The $90 charge is not disclosed till after they tow your car, when I asked how much it was going to cost I was only told $4 a mile which is $60 but then handed a bill for $255...HUH????? Live and learn and pass along so no one else gets taken.
Will also be posting on craigslist and facebook...Get this information out there.....protect the consumer...wish I would have known.
