We took our Chevy Trailblazer in for rear brakes. Our quoted price over the telehone was $169. We dropped it off and than received a call at home that the repairs were going to be over $800. I called back to cancel the work but they said it was too late because they had already started working on the front brakes. I had already replaced the front brakes myself just one week before. I told them not to do anything else and that I would pick the truck up immediately. We ended up paying $360.88 for front brakes that we didn't want done. I bought new brakepads and rotors at Murray's and will finish the job myself for less than $150.00.\r
I would never go back there again. I wasn't given a written estimate and I think they purposely mislead. I intend to pursue other remedies.
Cons: Ripoff artists-Bad location, right at corner of Ecorse & Allen- Limited parking.
