Review content:
We went there for lunch service around 3:00 pm on a Sunday. When we walked in, the place was practically empty. The cashier was standing by the register (waiting on no one) typing something in the computer. She seated the people in front of us and then walked back to the register. Again, no ""hi, how are you"" or ""I'll be right with you"" or anything. We stood there for a few minutes waiting to be seated with employees walking right by us, the lady at the register walking right by us. This was not only rude but was very poor customer service. We felt as if our business wasn't wanted. I have never been treated so rudely by a restaurant. If they had just smiled, acknowledged us and said I'll be right with you, I would of been fine with that or if the restaurant was busy. It's been awhile since we last went there and had a bad experience back then also with the food being cold and now after this, I will not step foot in this restaurant again. I work with the public also and the treatment we got was totally unacceptable. We went to another restaurant, got greeted at the door as soon as we walked in and had great service and food, unlike the experiences we had at this Firenze restaurant.\r
