I ordered a furniture set from Crib Outlet in Union several weeks ago for my child. Although the staff was friendly and professional, when they delivered the furniture, the dresser/changing table arrived damaged. I was informed that they would order another one and deliver it as soon as possible. Although I was disappointed, I understood and I was assured me that they would take every step to make things right. They ordered a dresser/new changing table and later their staff returned to our home to deliver the item. However, upon unpacking the furniture we realized that the dresser/changing table was also damaged! They reassured me that they will make sure that not only will the next piece will arrive in perfect condition, but also gave me a loaner changing table until it arrived! I was very surprised at the level of service I received from Crib Outlet. Most places would have passed the buck and blamed the manufacturer for this but they took initiative and made sure I was happy.
