Review content:
I had been looking for a long time for a school and looked over at least 10-25 in the DFW area. Funny thing, when I saw this one, I must have driven by it 4 or 5 times and never stopped in. Then I emailed not only this school but 4-5 others and Master Marez emailed me right back. So I stopped by and the first person I met was her son, then Jason May and what I loved was they didn?t have that, ?I?m better then you,? attitude. More like a family, ?How may I help you?? attitude. So I signed up. My first day of class I didn?t expect much more then, ?Oh you are new and let?s put you in with this group.? That couldn?t have been farther from what happened. Immediately everyone welcomed me and introduced themselves to me. Jason started the adult class first and personally introduced me. Then Master Marez?s husband, also a black belt (in fact her entire family are black belts) took over the class and after the warm-up personally helped me with some basic moves. I felt 100% comfortable being there even on my first day. Master Marez was also watching every step. Not just me, but everyone. She was making sure everyone was being taken care of. What?s even better, all of them have a great attitude and make ya laugh sometimes. But they also make sure you learn. That?s the key. LEARN and have FUN and do it at your own pace within your abilities. This school teaches honor, truth, and respect and they make sure you are first and feel right at home. I made a comment to a co-worker who was a fellow pilot and like me is a vet, which sums up this school. ?You know I was in the Air Force almost 15 years and this is the first place/organization I have been at since being in the military which really gets the idea about truly understanding honor, truth and the power of helping everyone achieve their dreams.? After 28 years, I have found a Tae Kwon Do school which I know will finally get me to the black belt.\r
