I moved to Nashville a little over a month ago. I was needing service on my 2006 Rav4. Asking around, I was given Rivergate's name a couple of times. I am so glad I made an appt with them. From the initial phone call, Tim was very polite and helpful. Once there, he made me feel right at home. He told me that his goal was to make me like Rivergate as much as my dealership in Ohio. He did by far. He personally gave me a tour of the dealership, did only the service I asked and did not try to sell me things I did not want. I was so lucky to have found Rivergate Toyota and Tim. Will ALWAYS go back to Rivergate Toyota for service!!!!! Thanks to Tim and the crew!!!!
