I can figure out for the life of me what these people are talking about! i'm gust wondering if the people who wrote these reviews went out of their way to make the staff mad because they've been quite courteous to me and my family. I do, however, think the pet fee is a bit high. but considering the damage that dogs and cats can do (peeing on carpets, scratching walls), i can see why it's so high. maintenece has been a bit slow, but when they told me there was only one guy trying to fix all the problems there, I didn't see my top outlets not working in my bedroom as being a ""emergency.""(he actually told me they're operated by the lightswitch on the wall) in short, you should just take it for what it is. don't make a mountain out of a molehill. most of my neighbors here are very nice and respond well if i comment to them about turning down their music. it's those old ladies that stay at home all day that give me the greatest problems because they seem so unsocial, but i don't see them much. to me, they seem to do most of the complaining
