I am currently renting an apartment here, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. We have had problems since the moment we moved in. The staff here did not clean our place well, so it reeked of stale cigarettes. Also, many of our neighbors feel that it is okay to blast rap music at all hours. I have awakened many times at 2 in the morning to the sound of someone else's music. And the office hours are inconvenient. They are closed by the time I get home from work and are also often closed for no apparent reason in the middle of the day. So my UPS packages get sent back and the gas company has not yet been able to turn on my heat. This place is awful. The apartments are big, but it is not worth the hassle.
Pros: large apartments, low rent, pet friendly
