Review content:
Avoid this establishment if you want small things like excellent service, good frame selection, competitive prices, or timely responses. After almost one month I still do not have my incredibly overpriced glasses with no promise that they will be correct once they do blissfully arrive at their office. Of course, it is my job as the customer to call them, as they won't call you when your glasses arrive. Customer service is poor, staff members are disorganized, and generally this is a less than professional eyecare office. If you like paying twice as much for glasses, aren't in a hurry to receive them, and generally believe that the customer is always wrong - then this is the place for you. If not - avoid my mistake, do a little research up front and go elsewhere
