the place is OK for a newly married couple, if you have a kid i would not recommend living here because there will be no room for little one to play. lived here for 1 year and they have continuously ""changed management"".
There is very little storage space and their furniture looks very worn out. Washer and dryers here dont work all the great so my wife and i had to go to a laundry mat by walmart to take care of that.
Internet works great but the cable will every once in awhile cut out for a couple hours unexpectedly.
their maintenance isnt very good either when we first moved in we had no hot water for the first 3 weeks and i ended up turning it on myself and had to constantly let management know that our water heater needed maintenance as well.
Pros: free internet, cable, affordable
Cons: no washer dryer, no storage space
