Review content:
The receptionist/office manager was extremely rude to me the moment that I walked in. Her glares at me, slamming the phone around, rolling her eyes at me, talking to me like I was a child, practically calling me an idiot when asking about products, and gripe/yelling at me because HER fax machine was not working was not welcoming. If my dogs hadn't already had blood drawn I would have walked out.
I am someone that gets along with everyone. I make an effort to stay positive and kind whatever the circumstances, but it was very hard when I was around this ""manager/receptionist"".
It's a shame I have to give a bad review because of ONE person! The vet and nurse were very kind and helpful.
