I have been a resident of the Modernaire for over seven years. Many residents complained that Connie was very rude and difficult. She was fire. New manager is letting her assistant run the office. Johnny is very impulsive, bias and lack of good judgement. He doesn't respect the residents, making negative statements of people. They're very lenient with future residents. Before, we felt safe and it was very quiet in here; at the present time, the new management is allowing trashy and troubled people into the apartment complex, which is becoming very noisy, disruptive and unsafe. Management be aware of these issues. You're losing good residents. Chris, you should have a talk with Johnny and remain him of his duties.
