Review content:
I wish I had seen these reviews prior to buying my Groupon! I purchased the groupon for a chiropractic exam and massage.\r My first visit for the chiropractic part was just x-rays and talking. Then I had to come back the next morning to review my results and have my first adjustment. At this meeting they assured me they had already talked to my insurance and they were going to cover all expenses. Not sure how they were able to do this when my first appointment was at 5pm and my next appointment was at 7:30am the following day. I was skeptical as I work for a hospital and know how the insurance game works and they rarely pay for chiropractic care. My suspicions were confirmed when I received a $900 bill later! I called Dr. Sanford and he tried to tell me he's being doing this for years and it's just the game that insurance plays. I told him I work for a hospital and I know how it goes as well. I attempted to return some of the devices he had given me as I had not used them. He told me no that there was a signed agreement saying I couldn't return anything.\r Also I've been trying for 2 months to schedule the massage and no one will call me back even though their voicemail claims they return calls in 24 hours. I've left probably 10 voicemails and called at all times during the day, no response. Please save your money!
