Review content:
5 years after they put in 2 patio doors and a window, I have struggled to get them to live up to their promises. My window leaks like a sieve as does one of my patio doors. We paid way too much for them to be this bad. I relentlessly tried calling these losers and get them out here to fix the problem to no avail. I drive out to find their location only to find them out of business. Wonder why?? Telemarketing? Poor business tactics? Likely so. Good ridance Grayhawk. My recommendations would be for the money, go with Wellington!
Pros: None, total ripoff
Cons: Poor installation and extremely poorer customer service. They won't return phone calls unless they want to sell you something else.
