Review content:
We live in Hawaii and stayed at the Beach Knoll Inn for a week in early May while visiting some family in the area. Our room was on the first floor and on the front of the building (I think it was room #1).
The room was great with a historic feel, modern amenities (WiFi) and an ocean view. Our room had a king bed, seating area with chairs, bathroom and kitchen. The flat panel TV with cable was nice for the mornings we didn't want to rush out of bed! There is a market within walking distance so we were able to put groceries in the fridge and stay in for a few meals.
The owners are very friendly and quick with recommendations for anything you need, from the best local restaurants to scenic state parks. The ""downtown"" area is a short 10-minute walk along the water, which was great because parking for the shops and restaurants is limited. Make sure you stop by the office to say hello and see the beautiful, architectural woodwork.
We enjoyed everything about our trip and highly recommend the Beach Knoll Inn!
