Customer service is not good at Wicked Whoopie Pies. We wanted to order a half dozen instead of a dozen and have them shipped, but they raise the prices for smaller orders, and when we questioned why they nearly double the price for smaller orders they said it is becasue of the time and employees it takes to pack the smaller box. We asked them why it takes more time and employee staff to pack a smaller box but they would not answer. They were unpleasant and unwilling to provide logical and reasonable customer service and could only talk about how busy they are because of being on QVC. The cost of one of their pies in the store is 1.50, the cost of one in a dozen is 2.30 and the cost of one for a half dozen is 3.00. When they are packing and shipping boxes anyway, why raise the prices for smaller orders? Florists do not do this, chocolate and coffee companies do not do this...it seems as though the whoopie pie people don't care about the customer's needs and only care about their own. Pros: could be a good idea with better service Cons: Poor customer service
