I am writing after my second experience with Suds. Although my first experience was not great, I was in a bind and needed someone to come and help clean my apt. They showed up with no cleaning supplies (even though I was told they would have everything) and they were an hour and a half late. As a small business owner, I know sometimes things happen, so I didn't say anything or write any negative reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The second time I tried to use them, even worse - I would take them being late any day over calling me five minutes AFTER they were supposed to be at my home for their appointment telling me that they weren't coming. This also happened to be on a day where I was working all day and we had out of town guests coming that evening. The owner, Noelle, was less than apologetic and said she would try and figure something out and call me back - my phone never rang. The most unprofessional and unorganized cleaning company I have EVER encountered. I prefer to work with a dependable company, and that is the last thing that Suds could be considered.
