Review content:
Brent Run Landfill is a blackeye on Montrose. The smell is horrible on any given day and it permeates for miles. The School has actually had to send children home because the smell has made so many of them sick on at least one day. Litter blows everywhere and residents of the township have a special assessment tax on our property tax bills for it. And yet it supposedly provides a great deal of money to our township. If so then why do we need to pay garbage fees on our tax bills. Now they have planned an expansion that actually involves re-routing a creek! How outrageous. Cancer rates here are off the charts! good luck selling your property if you are unfortunate enough to have bought here before they came to town! If you are thinking about re locating to Montrose, you better think again! God help us cause our township council members sure wont.
