Review content:
From Maine we travel back to our home town of Baltimore about twice a year and have made the Blue Moon Cafe a must visit every time. The last time was Memorial Day 2010 weekend and I chose a crab meat tomato dish that was one of the best things I ever ate. The dish had a base of Blue Moon's crispy hash browns then a mixture of a few tomato chunks and lots of lump crab meat top with two fried eggs and covered in hollandaise sauce with a dusting of crab seasoning. I am not sure if this dish is on the menu due to the server recommending it I never open the menu. There was a little wait to get a table but we never felt rushed once we were seated. Now that we have been back in Maine I keep thinking of trying to replicate the dish in my own kitchen but I am hesitant for I don't want to taint my memories of that awesome dish.
Pros: Delicious
Cons: If this is one, the meal was to delicious
