Review content:
I went in to eat again this week and they had a special of Red Velvet Pancakes, which were absolutely delicious. The waitress told me one of the girls in the kitchen came up with it while baking, and boy am I glad that she did, they were DELICIOUS. I hope to see them as a special again soon and would gladly come in just to eat them again.
My partner ate the Cap'n Crunch French Toast, which is equally amazing, but the pancakes definitely are right up there with it. We also shared a cinnamon roll!
I'd love to meet the owner but they said she wasn't around, I also asked to meet the girl who made the pancakes but the server told me she couldn't leave the kitchen at that moment as she was doing the baking. (The baking that day was extra yummy. I'd make a point to go in just when I know it's the same person again cooking.)
Keep up the delicious work Blue Moon, I plan to start coming in regularly for pancakes!
Pros: great red velvet cakes
Cons: small wait but worth it
