After seeing BMC on TV, we figured we'd try it. I read the reviews 1st, so I knew what to expect. We left our house at 6:30am so we would get there when they opened (7am). Parking was horrible, we had to park several blocks away. When we walked in, we were ""greeted"" by someone with no personality. Luckily, there was 1 table available. No one came to clean it off from the sticky stuff, so when we finally got a waitress (15 mins or so), i asked her for some ice water so i could clean the table off. You would think she would send the bus boy over to wipe it off for us...NOPE.\r I ordered fresh squeezed OJ and my sweetie ordered milk. The OJ was fine, but the milk wasnt very cold. There was a kitten running loose in the restaurant. Heaven help anyone with allergies. We ordered a homemade cinnamon roll to share. It was nice and hot, but was terribly dry and needed more icing.\r I ordered their signature Captain Crunch french toast. Dont order it. It wasnt worth the calories. My sweetie ordered a ham and cheese omelet. The biscuit was huge, but tasteless. and the omelet was very small. It did have big chunks of ham and plenty of cheese. But for the price, it was the size a child would eat. The probably only used 2 eggs in it. \r Did I mention that it took 35 minutes for our food to come out? There are only 8 tables in the whole place and the menu is small. \r Food Network picked the wrong place for breakfast. They should have picked Sparrows Point Inn or Tony's on Merritt avenue. The food looked nothing like it did on TV. \r Are there any positives to the place...yes, the people at the other tables were very cool and everyone talked to everyone. \r Hope this helps!! Pros: people sitting at other tables were really nice Cons: parking, portions for price, time it takes to get your food
