So the hubby accompanies me on a business trip to Baltimore and does the tourist thing while I'm at work. Well day 2 he starts bragging about the breakfast spot he found. Captain Crunch French toast and perfect eggs. As a guy who was in the food service industry for 10+ years, it takes a lot to make him gush. He was right on the mark. The French toast is made with bakery fresh bread and pure vanilla. I had a dish which consisted of farm fresh eggs, sun ripened tomatoes. hash browns made with grated seasoned potatoes(not the frozen out of the bag variety) and a ridiculously generous helping of Maryland crab. We waited a bit for the food to come out, but passed the time ogling everyone else's plate and chatting with the manager. You do have to wait for fresh food to be cooked. But man, is it worth it! Pros: Freshly made everything, awesome staff Cons: Long wait for table
