Review content:
What a nightmare! My movers were two 98 pound weaklings who were college dropouts. It took them 12 hours to move a three bedroom house. They were so slow, they moved one box at a time out of and into the house. The trucks are not big enough to move a household efficiently. I lost track of how many trips they made and I was only moving 2 miles away. It cost me a fortune. And there were numerous items damaged. They do no follow-up to see if there was damage. The truck doesn't even have a roof, so when it started to rain, my furniture got wet. \r

I tried writing a complaint letter, but the company had moved with no forwarding address. It does no good to telephone them, the local number only has a message saying to call their 800 number. The 800 number will only give you a franchise to call. It took me months to find the address of the local franchise and headquarters and when I finally sent them a letter, they said it was too late. \r
