Where do I start? If I could give them 0 stars I would.\r
These company has very poor communication skills. They continually overcharge for rent and when I sent them my 60 days move out notice (both through email and regular mail), they manipulated their way into charging me for a half month's rent I did not owe. \r
We have put in numerous repair requests which have not been taken care of, we cannot find anyone who seems to be in charge and can help us, they lack customer service skills and are always making things up and adding stipulations, until I pull out the paperwork and prove them wrong. They don't keep up the apartments well and I have a very hard time getting them to call me back for help. \r
Save your sanity, rent somewhere else.
Pros: Everything is online
Cons: Over pricing, no customer service, poor repair
