Jo, Just wanted to drop you note to say how happy I am with your staff and property managers overseeing my rental units in Cary and West Raleigh. Having quality managers like Sandy and Elena (previously Kelli) allows me peace of mind knowing my investments are in good hands. I find your staff knowledgeable and helpful in recommending appropriate rental rates and leasing strategies to optimize cash flow in changing market conditions. Their attention to tenants needs is not only compassionate but rooted in sound business practice. Their attentiveness to maintenance issues keeps our properties at a high standard which retains good tenants, and minimizes vacancy periods. Your accounting staff do a fine job releasing income disbursements and documentation of expenses. After nearly four years with your firm, I have not noticed one error or discrepancy that could not be explained. This is quite an accomplishment.
