Back in September of 2007, I had an alarm and remote start installed. During the install they broke my trunk actuator. I was told by the owner that he would have me a new one the next day. I came back the next day and of course, I had no actuator. This has gone on for months on in now. I call at least two to three times a week, with Chris, the owner, promising to call me tomorrow. Just as the old tale goes, tomorrow never comes. Today is Thursday, August, 2008 and I have no actuator.\r
