Excellent work product, excellent professionalism, extremely quick turn around - highest praise and recommendation. (And I'm a retired giant-firm real estate lawyer, so I do know my surveys! (: )
Hoping to save others the hassle of hiring the wrong, sloppy or overpriced surveyor. I recommend STARTING with Arthur and skipping the pain. (No, I have no relationship to this business, and had never known of them or worked with them before this.)
My University Park, TX home expansion and remodel (after fire casualty) has been beset by too many problems to list here, including great difficulty in finding competent, efficient, fairly priced and honest professionals. Arthur is a terrific (& refreshing) exception, and I thank them for helping to restore my faith that there ARE quality professionals available - the challenge is in finding them!
