Review content:
My son bought a car from Wayne County Ford we made sure he got a warranty. However, 3 DAYS later when we discovered the car had a list of problems Wayne County Ford will not honor the warranty. When buying the car we specifically made sure what items would be covered and the sales rep assured us that the items were covered. We contacted Wayne County Ford and they asked us to drop the car off for them to take a look at it. I went over to take pictures of the car and needed a photo of the underbody of the car. Went over at 8:30am and asked to take photos. I asked if they could put the car on a lift and Chad said they couldn't. So at 54 years old I had to crawl on the garage floor to get these photos while the mechanics stood at the desk and watched an old lady crawl around on the floor. What kind of dealership would treat a customer so badly...Wayne County Ford, but it doesn't end there. After having the car for 3 days the sales manager Josh said they were not reparing anything and to get the car off the lot they had wasted enough time on this car. When I asked them to honor the warranty they said no. Apparently the consumer has no rights and Wayne County Ford can simply deny your warranty for any reason so don't be so quick to buy from Wayne County Ford, before they get your money they are friendly and helpful, once the sale is completed you're on your own and treated with disrespect and arrogance. Please be careful if you are considering a purchase at Wayne County Ford. It might be best to look elsewhere for a car.
