Review content:
See the photo. It is the real ""one day experience."" What a mess this was even after amonth. If you check the BBB you will see that they had 5 complaints in the last year. Though you will not be able to read what the complaints were. It indicates that their product is taking a down turn. I am the 6th. So be warned.\r
I can tell you that this company will promise you a quality product and show you beautiful models. They will use advertsing terms like, the ""one day experience"" and ""no assembly required,"" but that is not what you get. I have had to continuously complain to the top level to get anything fixed and there has been a very long list. Mountain moma is correct. They will lie about anything to avoid responsibility. \r
My ""one day"" experience was a nightmare with an incomplete cabin without even front windows; the openings covered with plastic that leaked and ruined the floors. They sent repairers who did a shoddy job and I had to go to the Better business bureau to get them to pay for it. \r
The stairs are made of plywood even though the model shows beautiful clear pine. I got a fraction of what it will cost to correct. \r
The cabinets are hung with sheetrock screws, so are the bathroom mirrors. The door window grids were left taped to the doors with blue painters tape instead of installed. Door stoppers were missing and caused dents in the wall panels. Lights were left hanging from wires and did not work. Outlets were mis-wired or missing causing popped breakers, also no covers on some outlets. The plumbing fixtures were installed backward. The countertops were crooked with bad seams. Cabinet doors crooked. Bifold doors that did not open or knobs that came off in your hand. The basement door did not close. No hose bibs installed. Shall I go on?\r
Nine months later, my home is still not finished to my satisfaction. But they require you to pay for it up front so I have little recourse. Even though the better business bureau helped me get some reimbursement for these last complaints, I will have spent $320 a sq ft for a home that has appraised for $118 a sq ft. Nice way for seniors to lose their life savings. Do yourself a favor; Go elsewhere.\r
