I went there with a friend for lunch and I loved it. Close to Penn campus. The food is simple traditional chinese-american and of mostly high quality.
What I liked best about it though was the staff. Very nice, patient and helpful. They have a TV on the side tuned on to the news and a great, yet simple and low-down, ambiance. you just FEEL comfortable eating there. It isn't trying to ""show off""
A great place for a casual lunch with friend(s).
Pros: quality, simple, not pretentious, eager to please staff
