My sister chose Alison's Bridal for her bridesmaids dresses. The seamstress cut one of the dresses too small (and was even asked to allow room to grown because the girl had lost weight while sick). When we got a hold of the seamstress she said we could come in that night (the night before Thanksgiving - and we live an hour and a half away) or she could not fix it because she was leaving that Friday for the winter. When we told her that was not possible, she became irate and began name-calling and even hung up on my sister (twice). The owner, Alison, said that we were given an option to correct the seamstress' mistake and that if it was ""really important to us"" we would have found a way to come in when they offered. She also became unprofessional and angry (and also hung up on my sister) and said that she would not be repeating herself and that she didn't care how we fixed the dress, but that they would not be responsible for it. I would absolutely caution anyone thinking of entrusting your wedding with Alison's Bridal.
