Review content:
I went to Econo Lube to set an appointment to get my brakes replaced. When CD asked me which axle I answered both. He went outside to look at my car and told me that I didn't need them on the rear just the front. That was when I realized that I was doing business with an outstanding auto repair shop. He then asked if I had ever had the front brakes done and if not, told me that I probably wouldn't need new rotors but that they could turn the existing ones. WOW. Imagine that, thinking of my pocketbook instead of theirs....what a wonderful concept.
Kudos to Todd Johnson, the owner of this Econo Lube Franchise for being an honest auto repair shop and teaching your employees to do the right thing for your customers.
You have won me as a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know about your business! Thank you.
