Twice I have brought a car to Reliable for repairs. Both times the cars were old and had no collision. Both times Reliable told me it wasn't worth it. I respected their honesty. The cars were definitely old and the repairs needed were way off the worth of the car. What really separated them from the pack is that the second time I used them they were swamped with business and they gave me a rental for over a week. When they called me about my car and told me it was hopeless, I brought the rental back and was told there was no charge!!! I drove one of their cars for a week at no charge just because twice they were not able to repair the car, and kept me waiting. Unheard of in this day of nobody giving a dam thing away for nothing. I hope I never have to use them again, but if faced with an accident or repair, they will be the first to get my service.. Excellent
