This is one of the last salons that still beleives in customer service. You walk in and everyone including the owner acknowledge you and offer to get you something be it coffee, water etc.. They work off of appointments and they respect my time. They run on time and I do now have to sit around and waste my time waiting to get my nails, hair, waxing and the wonderful spa pedicures etc... The first thing I notice is how clean everyone and everything is. I feel completely safe getting my nails done with no worries about infection. The salon is germ free, fungus and bacteria free. It's wonderful. I go there to relax and chit chat with the other ladies and regulars. Everyone is so nice and personable. There is no awkward feeling that they are talking about you in another language that you cannot understand. They are wonderful. The entire staff seems to have been there for a long time and I feel like I'm going to my home away from home when I go there. I walk out of there a new woman each week that I go. They have plenty of parking and I do not have to look for a parking spot it's convenient right off of West Chester Pike. There hours are completely flexible and they fit me in whenever I have a nail emergency and they do it with a smile. The owner will do whatever it is in her power to do to make you happy. She is on site everyday, not like other places where you don't even know who owns it. The salon is decorated beautifully right down the restrooms. There are little touches of elegance throughout the shop. On holiday's it is a wonder that she does not have tours with the way that she decorates the salon. She is completely committed to her clients/friends. I hope that you give this salon a try because in my opinion you could not get any better. This is what I want someone to make me feel special and appreciated. That's what this salon does. They appreciate each and every customer/friend that walks in the door. I'm sure you will love it.Give it a try.
