My husband and I chose Ardmore Pediatrics for our newborn son after a recommendation from a friend.
We love Dr. Zavod - he is great! He is well informed and answers our questions. He is great with our son too.
The office staff are friendly in person, but on the phone - ugh! They always put you on hold for at least 5 minutes every time you call. Also their system for billing/scheduling appointments/etc. is ANCIENT! They write everything down in a book - there are no computers.
So there are no calls for appointment reminders or even calls if you miss an appointment. My son is 1 now and had to be back for a second round of shots (time sensitive) I missed the appointment and didn't realize till 3 days later - no one even realized we didn't show!!
I called to tell them we missed our appt and they were so rude! There was no urgency or sympathy or remorse for the mess up and I was on the verge of tears trying to get a new appointment made.
Sooooo Dr. Zavod is an great Dr. - I've only heard great things about the other Dr.s as well, but the administration stinks!!
