I was 8 months pregnant with twins and on bed rest when our upstairs neighbor's bathroom pipes and toilet busted while they were out of town. The water came through our ceiling right into the freshly renovated nursery. I was scheduled to deliver the babies in 3 weeks and the cribs and mattresses, carpet and walls were a disaster. I called Boss Disaster Restoration in desperation and they showed up immediately and took over. They were able to contact the owners and help get the upstairs problem fixed and then focused on drying up and cleaning up our nursery. We had to replace a few things, but they even helped us get the insurance company going on replacement mattresses and the things we needed right away. I spent the entire time on the couch. We had the room tested for mold and mildew and everything passed with flying colors. I wouldn't go anywhere else for help in any kind of water, carpet care or disaster situation.
