Review content:
The staff are great, but the lady manageress has a major problem. When purchasing a sewing machine, i took it home thinking it was working perfectly because the tag stated IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER. only to discover it didn't sew at all. When i returned it the manageress tried to insinuate that i had lied about it not working at all. so i called her bluff, and got her to thread it and tried out all 16 stitches, and none of them worked, so she agreed to refund me the money. however, subsequently i learnt from one of the staff members that she had used this incident to train new members of staff, but had changed the sequence of events to make herself look like a hero, and myself an idiot. such a shame because people like that do not belong in this type of business.\r

Overall their prices are on the high side, and i do feel that the shopping experience is marred by the over zealous manageress.
