Absolutely horrible! I agree with the friendly Liars comment below. They are Only out for the money, AND most of the staff in there have no idea what they are doing or talking about! Gave them two chances, first one, my bike was in the shop for 3 weeks just to get it lowered! Back and forth phone calls, wrong parts ordered(the more expensive ones), then ordered other parts, wait some more etc etc. The details are far too many to describe, however at one point someone from the service dept called me and asked, ""what are we doing with your bike""? Almost pulled it out and didn't because there is ONE guy in the whole place who knows what he's doing(Phillip). Second chance- Told me something could be done, when I got in the store of course, I was told I needed an extra $150 part that I knew I didn't need. This was on top of the already $180 estimate. Thank god I had the sense to leave this time! Went up the road to MOTO-MAX. They are fantastic! Work was no Problem, executed perfectly, and total bill was $120 with one $33 part that I chose!
