Review content:
I admit I was skeptical of a place with no reviews. After all, I rely on reviews to direct me where to go for the goods. But I figured this place is close to SDSU so surely they must understand how broke college students are. It was the beginning of the semester so I was already feeling screwed over with tuition and book fees. Then entered Ramon, who told me I didn't have to bend over anymore and eased all my concerns. He understood my delicate budget and like the hands of a well-versed lover, told me what I needed to get by and gave me a few ideas to consider in the future. Never did I feel any high pressure sales tactic. When I picked up my laptop, he explained in detail all the repairs and also went over the extra bells and whistles that were now included. Like a true gentleman, Ramon even called me a few days later to make sure everything was still gravy. Alas! Finally a computer repair shop that doesn't turn their nose up to someone who isn't as technologically gifted. The initial diagnostic was no charge, complete with ""don't do that anymore"" advice. Once it was determined I'd have to leave my laptop for an actual repair, the quote was not only less than what I expected to pay, but also included more than I could've asked for. Not only did I pick up my laptop the next day - it was fixed, running faster than ever and OMG I can even watch cable TV on it (sayonara Cox!). Campus Computer genuinely wants to help you have the best system for you - not just the best system the can sell you. Dump the geeks and get with Campus Computer!
