I bought my car from Wray Volkswagen 2 1/2 years ago. I pretty much knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for my car. I had an older car that I traded in and they worked with me when I wasn't happy w/ their initial trade in amount. They really didn't want me to leave w/out the car, but I was able to do everything on my own terms.
I have also had excellent experiences w/ their service department. They only work by appointment and they have always been able to fit me in when I had a problem arise. And, the best part is that they are completely honest w/ you and don't try to pull one over on you.
I also had to use their body department when I got in an accident. I was really concerned and distraught over the accident (which wasn't my fault) and didn't want to ever be able to see that my car had been damaged. They exceeded my expectations and had my car back in a timely manner.
