Review content:
I was accused of selling a large bag of heroin to an undercover police officer.
State offered me a sentence of 1-2 years incarceration in the NH State Prison.
Although originally I was charged with the Sale of a controlled drug, testing
had shown that the heroin was actually cinnamon.
Don Topham convinced me to take the Sate to a Jury Trial rather than plead guilty and go to prison.
State reduced its plea offer to time served and dismissed the charges rather than be embarrassed at a jury trial.
I would highly recommend Don Topham as a competent and caring attorney who gets the job done.
