Review content:
I went to Magnolia because of all the rave reviews on this site...but I'm convinced now that the other responses are fake. I think they must be made by the salon staff because they are all so totally off from the reality of this place. I got the worst haircut of my life. It's jagged and totally uneven, and not at all what I wanted. I was very clear with what I wanted, and as the haircut progressed, I reminded the hairdresser of what I wanted. She refused to cut it the way I wanted, and left me with the ugliest, most unstylish ""haircut"" I've ever had. Then, when I tried to pay and leave, I stood there while the receptionist talked on her personal cell phone, played with the computer, and didn't even look up to see why I was standing there staring at her. Someone had to come over and ask her to help me. The whole experience was awful and not worth the $80 I spent. you're better off going to Super Cuts or a place like that...at least they only charge $15 for bad, unstylish cuts. This place is really awful!
Pros: Good line of retail products
Cons: bad parking, unresponsive staff, hair ""stylists"" have no sense of style
