Review content:
We walked into Parklane Mattresses in Clackamas ready to purchase a mattress set. We already looked at their website and knew which mattress we wanted. The price was right, but we wanted to check out the bed in person before purchasing. When we walked into the store, there were other customers (a family of 5 adults)and only one salesman. I understand he was busy with the other cusotmers, but the salesman did not even acknowledge us. The salesfloor is not large so there is no way the salesman could not have noticed us. We walked around until we saw the mattress we wanted and waited to see if the salesman would approach us. Having been ignored for 10 minutes, we walked out. Howerver, as we got to the door, the salesman suddenly noticed us and yelled out, ""Do you folks have any questions?"" We ignored him and walked out of the store. We will never patronize this merchant (too bad, since we like buying local) and thanks to social networking, have already made sure our friends and family know not to shop at Parklane Mattresses.
