THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. Two days ago I had my first visit for laser hair removal though it is too early to see major results. I went for my bikini area and underarms. So far I am a very satisfied customer. I got a package deal that was almost too good to be true but they treated me just like any other client who paid full price. The staff was super friendly. The entire place was clean and welcoming. The procedures were very quick and almost 100% painless. About a year ago I had a bad experience with waxing so I was more than a little apprehensive but the technician was very understanding. She was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure. I felt almost nothing. Can't wait to go back next month!\r
