Review content:
We used Parkland Cakes for our wedding in September. I knew exactly what design of cake I wanted and they were able to replicate it exactly. They have several different flavors of cake and icing. On the big day I made sure I was able to snag a whole piece to eat instead of that little bitty bite we fed each other. The cake was so moist. I have been tempted several times to thaw out our top cake and dig in!
I do agree w/ the other reviewer - they book up quickly so make sure to give yourself about 9 months in advance in order to book them.
