Had a great time here. It's located on the side of the street away from the river which is fine. \r
Checkin was no problem and the room was satisfactory. Bed was wonderful. Really comfortable and my wife still talks about it. Spoke with some people who would liked to have had internet access provided free but the rooms are so inexpensive even if you pay the $10 a day you're still getting a better deal than most other places. And the standards are lower at the other places, trust me. The TV was too small and not a flat screen. Very few channels but like I said we got the room for next to nothing. \r
They have a nice selection of food outlets. The buffet was adequate. The cafe, Carnegie's I think they call it is open 24/7 and does a really nice job. There's a little mexican place next door to it which we did not try though I did notice some nice specials advertised in there. There is a very good italian place and a great upscale steakhouse. Little place called ""Under The Stairs"" which is literally under the stairs to purchase coffee and pastry items in the morning. Very good food offerings overall. \r
The place overall is very clean looking and I would say the most well kept place in Laughlin. Some of the other casinos are getting pretty run down. They keep this place up very well though. We stayed 3/29 through 4/3/11. \r
My wife enjoyed the slots. She says they have a good amount of new ones. She loved some called Rockin Olives and I think Godfather too. \r
I play the tables. They have a real good mix of new games with a lot of large jackpot progressive type of tables which is something I haven't seen that much of. I liked playing the Mississippi Stud and Crazy Poker and Pai Gow. All of them had the jackpot on there well over ten thousand dollars each. All the dealers were extremely nice and seemed like they had just gotten some training on treating customers right as they were polite and attentive along with the pit bosses who were professional. I left them some money but I feel like they treated me right anyway.\r
\r
Overall I would recommend this casino to all. Rare to find value like this anymore.
