I've never had a bad meal here, but I've gotten marginal, slow even rude service. The steak salad is delicious, burger is one of the best in town - food is great. The one good waitress seems to have left. Parking is tight, but I usually find a spot. It's small so if you sit by the door in winter, you get a blast up your skirt every couple of minutes (and not in a good way). In fact, maybe they could fix the door so that it doesn't stay a-jar all the time. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait and there is no-where to stand but up by the door - and if it's winter, by all means, hold it open so you freeze everyone out. Don't get me wrong, I live in West Seattle, I go here a lot and over-all I like it and recommend it
Pros: food is good, best steak salad ever
Cons: iffy service, very small, cold in winter
