This is the absolute best food in the bay area... GET THE CLAY POT RICE... JUST GET IT! An amazing mix of flavors and textures! Everything on the menu is delicious.
Other vietnamese restaurants may look fancier but none have food that even comes close to the food at Phuong Nam.
If you've never tried Vietnamese food, GO HERE FIRST. If you tried it and werent impressed,GO HERE!... if you love Vietnamese food, GO HERE!
