Review content:
I'm Vietnamese, I eat out a lot, and I also happen to be a pretty decent cook. This place is the real deal folks. If you haven't tried Vietnamese food or have been disappointed at other places, give this place a shot. I have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed.\r

The young cook is very conscientious about what he puts in his dishes (little fat or oil, no MSG, very fresh vegetables, etc.) One of my favorites is Bun Thit Nuong (that's grilled pork on vermicelli noodles), I could never get tired eating this dish here. The grilled pork is lean, tender and flavorful on a layer of perfectly cooked noodles, which is on top of a mix of mixed lettuce, bean sprouts and mints (ask for extra nuoc cham, the fish sauce that comes with it.) \r

Depending on individual taste, I find almost everything on the menu is excellent. One of the very special dishes, which you have to call a day in advance to order, is the roasted crab in tamarind sauce, the best anywhere and very affordable...much cheaper than that place across the Bay!\r
\r
Since it's a little off from the center of town, the place has a small dinner crowd, but that means there's no waiting. Come here and eat, you won't be disappointed!
Pros: Service, Cleaniness, Price & FOOD FOOD FOOD!
Cons: Street parking only at lunch. A little out of the way.
